Cyber Security for Control Systems

Southern Alberta Institute of Technology

Southern Alberta Institute of Technology

www.sait.ca
The Cyber Security for Control Systems program will address the business risks specific to securing control systems in sectors such as drilling and well sites, power plants, power grid, water plants, manufacturing plants, production lines, telecommunications infrastructure, and hospitals. Many of these systems were previously analog- based, but are now networked and digital-based, placing them at greater risk for cyber-attacks. Many of the courses will be similar to those used to secure IT systems, but the content will be adapted to reflect the specific context of the industrial environment.
