Give yourself an advantage in the electrical trade. Through a mix of theoretical and hands-on training, our pre-employment electrician program will prepare you to write the first-year Alberta Apprenticeship Electrical exam. The Pre-Employment Electrician program will enhance your career opportunities in the electrical trade. You will receive extensive theoretical and hands-on training related to residential and commercial electrical installation. The Pre-employment Electrician program covers all material in The First Year Alberta Apprenticeship Electrical curriculum and employability skills.

Admission Requirements

English 20-2, Math 20-3, Science 10, pass Apprenticeship Entrance Exam, or pass mark in all five Canadian General Educational Development (GED) tests.
