Kick-Start Your First Year in the Trades Not an apprentice? Not a problem. Kick-start your career in the trades in our Pre-Employment Electrician program. Speci?cally designed for those who are not yet employed in the trade, the Pre-Employment Electrician trades training program provides the ?rst year of the Alberta Apprenticeship Electrical curriculum. Trades employers are reluctant to hire employees with no experience, but you can enhance your chances in our Pre-Employment Electrician trades training program. Through a mix of theoretical and hands-on training, our Pre-Employment Electrician program prepares you to write the ?rst-year Alberta Apprenticeship Electrical exam.
