Admission Requirements
All students must complete a successful interview with the College to determine suitability for the program of interest. Standard Admission: Students must meet ONE of the following criteria: 1. Alberta high school diploma, verified by transcript or non-Alberta equivalent. OR 2. Successful completion of General Equivalency Diploma (GED). 3. Specific high school courses required for program entry must be identified. Mature Admission: 1. Minimum age 25. 2. Satisfactory result on an equivalency test. The candidate should obtain a 60% in the Wonderlic Basic Skills Test administered by the College. International Students Admission: 1. Transcripts from home country with results equivalent to standard admission requirements. 2. IF ESL, must meet ESL requirements. 3. Evidence of English (e.g. ESL, TOEFL) may be required OR student may be required to take the Wonderlic Basic Skills Test (WBST). ESL Requirements: 1. Candidates to produce evidence of ESL or complete the Wonderlic Basic Skills Test (WBST). 2. The candidate must score a minimum of 60% in the verbal skills for the WBST. 3. IELTS, CELPIP and TOEFL tests with acceptable equivalent Canadian Language Benchmark. ESL students must have achieved at least level 8 in Writing; level 7 in Speaking, level 7 in reading and level 7 in Listening. In addition to the ESL requirement, we also test the student's actual ability with the Wonderlic Basic Skills Test (WBST) for English with a minimum score of 60% during the admission interview.

Student Aid

This program is eligible for full-time post-secondary assistance by Alberta Student Aid for the funding year 2021/08/01 to 2022/07/31*.
