Open to domestic and international students, the University Preparation (UP) program, commonly called Academic Upgrading or High School Upgrading, offers a full range of core high school courses that are prerequisites for university, college, skills-training programs, apprenticeship training and technical institutes. The UP program prepares students to qualify for admission to their goal program and succeed throughout their post-secondary journey through academic preparation. The UP program allows full-time or part-time students to be immersed in a university environment with experienced academic upgrading instructors. Schedules are planned based on student's needs and include high school equivalency courses for English, math, biology, chemistry, physics, science and social studies.
