Getting an education through distance learning is becoming very popular. Do some research to find out what’s available.

Distance learning on OCCinfo

Search OCCinfo for close to 1,000 distance learning programs available at post-secondary institutions in Alberta and across Canada.

Scroll down in the search area at the left of the page. Select “Distance Learning” in the “Other” category. Then narrow your search results by selecting the appropriate Field of Study, Credential, School, Region, Program Length, Occupation, or NOC code.

Distance learning in Canada and other countries

Search Schoolfinder for information on distance learning programs in Canada and abroad. Focus your search by selecting the degree modifiers “online” and “distance.”

Search EDSmart or OnlineU for information on accredited online colleges and universities in the United States.
