WorkFirst Alberta

Having trouble finding a job? Not sure what career path to take? Need help writing your resumé?

The WorkFirst Alberta employment service can help with all this and much more.

WorkFirst Alberta services

WorkFirst Alberta is a modernized, province‑wide employment service platform that connects job seekers with meaningful employment and helps employers find qualified workers.

The service brings together a wide range of employment programs and introduces digital tools designed to make finding—and creating—opportunities easier than ever.

You can search the Employment and Training Services Directory to find training programs and employment services available through Alberta's government and the Government of Canada. Programs provide unemployed people with the support they need to be successful in their job search and find new jobs.

Agencies deliver the programs in communities across the province in person or may offer online and virtual delivery for some programs.
