Holland Codes Quiz
The alis team has developed a new Holland Codes Quiz to help guide Albertans on what career suits them best. Holland codes are used to recommend occupations that utilize a person's interests in various work activities. The user then gets matched with their personality type—Realistic (R), Investigative (I), Artistic (A), Social (S), Enterprising (E), or Conventional (C). These personalities are then broken down further into what work activities and jobs would best suit these types of personalities.
The new quiz can be used independently or in combination with alis’s recently released Preferred Knowledge Quiz as part of the broader Find Your Fit occupational recommendation system on alis.
