Alberta Resident Admission Students must meet ONE of the following criteria: 1) Standard Admission -Alberta high school diploma or equivalent verified by transcript -Successful completion of Biology 30 or Grade 11 Biology or equivalent verified by transcript -Successful completion of Physical Education or Grade 12 without the specified courses 2) Mature Admission Students must meet ALL of the following criteria: -Out of school for one year -be at least 18 years of age prior to admission -thirty-three credits towards an Alberta high school diploma or equivalent verified by transcript OR an overall score of 490 on the CDI College Aptitude Test Out of Province Admission Applicants who have not resided in Alberta for a one year period must meet ONE of the following criteria: 1) Standard Admission -Alberta high school diploma or equivalent verified by transcript -19 years of age at time of admission -Successful completion of Biology 30 or Grade 11 Biology or equivalent verified by transcript -Successful completion of Physical Education or Grade 12 without the specified courses 2) Mature Admission Students must meet ALL of the following criteria: -Out of school for one year -be at least 19 years of age prior to admission -thirty-three credits towards an Alberta high school diploma or equivalent verified by transcript OR an overall score of 490 on the CDI College Aptitude Test Practicum Requirements -provide a negative criminal record check -provide completed immunization report showing current immunization including Hepatitis B and free of communicable disease
