Becoming a Master Instructor

Northern Alberta Institute of Technology

Northern Alberta Institute of Technology

www.nait.ca
To assist in starting a training/teaching career, the program is designed to build presentation skills, confidence in the classroom and to provide an opportunity for participants to interact professionally with other colleagues. Becoming a Master Instructor (BMI) is organized into three levels of learning.
A variety of modules are offered and presented as instructional work sessions in which the participants are facilitated through the content utilizing active learning strategies. Participants fine tune their skills during practice-teaching sessions and ultimately hone those skills during their own subsequent teaching experiences.
