Admission Requirements

Credit in English 30-1 or 60% in English 30-2. Equivalent English courses will also be considered. Note: Students without the academic requirements may be accepted if they successfully complete a Skills Appraisal Assessment. Students without the program requirement may enrol in individual courses as provisional students if given department approval. General Educational Development (GED) may also be accepted for the academic requirements. Provisional Student Requirements: Successful completion of 3 consecutive courses from the program (during the evenings).


Distance Delivery Options

Delivered live and online with an instructor, with support from learning management software like Elluminate and Moodle.


Student Aid

This program is eligible for full-time post-secondary assistance by Alberta Student Aid for the funding year 2024/08/01 to 2025/07/31*.

  • Mandatory Fees $907.00 Year One
