Full Stack Development Bootcamp

Northern Alberta Institute of Technology
www.nait.caThis Bootcamp will teach students the skills to build a website or app from concept to design through an active and participatory process that ensures students' experience and demonstrates evidence of understanding of the entire web creation process. Students will play with coding while discovering the skills to build their own mobile application or website. As a result of using Full Stack's programming skills, students will transfer their prior work experiences to authentic and relevant coding skills and abilities while learning in a game-based environment. In the RoboGarden Full Stack Web and App Development Bootcamp, students will learn how to develop an application (app) from conceptualization to design, development, and launch. In this Bootcamp students will learn how to build mobile apps and web-based applications by identifying the proper frameworks while considering usability requirements across different Android, iOS, and web-based platforms. Students will discover the technologies and design principles for mobile app and web-based application development. Students will complete the program with a Capstone project that involves either publishing the newly created app on various mobile stores or, in the case of a web-based application project, to a web-platform suitable for the project's purpose.
