Greater competency in intercultural communication and cultural awareness enhances your business and its competitiveness in the marketplace. Intercultural Competencies for Leaders provides the practical skills needed in the new diverse realities of the Calgary workplace.

Through this program you will develop a greater understanding of how culture impacts communication and an awareness of effective intercultural communication strategies. All learners are evaluated for achievement of learning outcomes. The Intercultural Competencies for Leaders Certificate is awarded to learners that successfully complete the 4 courses.
