Admission Requirements
Standard Admission Canadian Students: 18 years of age or older; Alberta High School Diploma or non-Alberta equivalent or at least 60% in English 30-1 or English 30-2; Successful interview with the school advisor. In addition to the standard admission requirements, students whose first language is not English are required to fulfill the following requirements: High School Diploma transcript verification either by WES or IQAS, or by completing a recognized post-secondary degree or diploma program in Canada. To meet this requirement the program must have involved at least two full years of fulltime, consecutive academic study in English, and proof of English language proficiency. Mature Admission Canadian Students: 18 years of age or older; Minimum score of 20 in the Wonderlic Scholastic Level Exam; successful interview with the school advisor. Proof of English language proficiency for students whose first language is not English under Standard and Mature admissions: Minimum score of 6 in each skill category of IELTS Academic. Minimum score of 7 in each skill category of CELPIP General. Minimum score of 46 in each skill category of Pearson Test of English. Minimum score of 50 in each skill category of CAEL. Total overall score of 70 or above in TOEFL iBT. Total overall score of 105 or above in Duolingo. The skill categories are reading, listening, writing and speaking.
