Admission Requirements
Standard Admission 1. Must be minimum 17 years of age 2. Successful interview with school administration 3. Alberta high school diploma/non-Alberta equivalent Mature Admission 1. Must be minimum 18 years of age. 2. Successful interview with school administration 3. Successful completion of a Wonderlic Exam with a minimum score of 21 equivalent to grade 12 and above. Transcript Verification All international students, especially those who have completed their high school diploma from outside Canada, must get their transcripts verified by either IQAS or WES to be eligible for admission to the diploma program. Additionally, should the applicant's primary language not be English, then the following criteria must be met for both Standard and Mature Admission: Candidates need to achieve a Canadian Language Benchmark (CLB) 7 for admission to the diploma program. Candidates may select any one of the below exams and must achieve a minimum score as specified below in each of the four competencies: reading, writing, listening and speaking: 1. Minimum IELTS score 6.0 in each competency 2. Minimum CELPIP - General score of 7.0 in each competency
