Admission Requirements
Standard Admission 1. Alberta High School Diploma with English 30-1 and passing grade of 65% or higher, verified by transcript, or non-Alberta equivalent OR 2. General Equivalency Diploma (G.E.D) 3. Successful interview with school administration is required Mature Admission 1. Must be at least 18 years old 2. Successful result on Wonderlic test with a passing score of 20 Mature Admission 1. Must be at least 18 years old 2. Successful result on Wonderlic test with a passing score of 20 3. English Language Proficiency Requirement a. Automatic- if the student has completed full-time education (or equivalent) in English, in Canada or at least 3 years full-time education from another country where the primary language of instruction is English, the student meets the ELP Requirement automatically. (School Transcript in English / letter from the former school stating that English is a medium of Instruction.) b. If the student did not meet the requirements automatically, there are several ways to demonstrate ELP: i. Canadian Language Benchmark (CLB 7) ii. IELTS Overall Band 6, TOEFL (IBT) total score 77, CAEL total score not less than 60, Duolingo: 105, Pearson English Test (PTE) Overall score 70. 4. Successful interview with school administration is required.

Student Aid

This program is eligible for full-time post-secondary assistance by Alberta Student Aid for the funding year 2023/08/01 to 2024/07/31*.
