Non-Academic Requirements
- Successful completion of Medical First Responder program. Students who are enrolled in the Emergency Medical Responder program by the application deadline but have not yet completed the program must submit proof of enrollment by the application deadline.!span>
- 18!span> Years!span> of!span> age!span> -!span> Students!span> must!span> turn!span> 18!span> years!span> of!span> age!span> prior!span> to!span> the program start date. A copy of a government-issued ID must be !span>submitted.!span>!span>
- CPR-C!span> (Basic!span> Life!span> Support!span> -!span> BLS)!span> -!span> Students!span> must!span> provide!span> evidence of current BLS certification for entry into the !span>program, and!span> remain current throughout clinical training.!span>!span> !span>!span>!span>
